When you place an order you get our bank details and a unique reference code, on the confirmation screen and by email. Pay by transfer from your banking app, quoting the code so the payment matches your order automatically. We confirm your order as soon as the transfer lands, and we hold your stock for three business days.

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days of payment clearing, Monday to Friday. Everything ships tracked express within Australia. Once it leaves us, that is typically next business day to metro areas, and two to three days to regional addresses. Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves.

Products are supplied as lyophilised powder in sealed vials. Each batch carries its own number and test date on the certificate published here. For specific storage and handling guidance, contact us before ordering.

Every batch goes to an independent laboratory for HPLC content and purity testing and LC-MS identity confirmation before it is listed. The full certificate of analysis is published per batch, and every previous batch stays on the site. A batch that misses specification is not sold.

Unopened, unused vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Anything damaged in transit is replaced. Send a photo with your order number within 48 hours of delivery and a replacement ships with the next dispatch.
